NATS has applied for CNCF graduation! 🥳 NATS has been an incubating project in the CNCF since 2018 and is now in the final stages of graduating. The NATS ecosystem is the reason we all work so hard to make NATS the best it can be, so leave a comment on the graduation due diligence PR while it’s open for public comment until October 27.
Synadia is looking for technical content creators! 🎬 If you’re a NATS user who likes writing or making videos about what you build with NATS, pushing the envelope and sharing what you find, and you’re optimistic about NATS, distributed systems and AI, email Andrew. It starts as part-time, project-based work, with the possibility of going full-time for a great fit.

- Adrian Florea from ACI Worldwide announced that Connetic Cards, their cloud-native card payments platform, is GA, then explained how it uses NATS for cross-service messaging. Coming from a modular monolith that processes a payment in about 20ms, the replicas talking over NATS are at around 70ms today, and the team is tuning toward ultra-low latency within the limits of cross-AZ networking and HA.
