Outbound Growth Marketer

About the Role
We’re building GTM for 2025, not 2015. Rather than copy-pasting yesterday’s playbooks, we want teammates who know the fundamentals and can apply them to new challenges and tools.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who combinine the curiosity of a growth hacker, the precision of an engineer, and the hustle of a BDR to add high quality leads to our pipeline.
You’ll architect the data flows, automations, and insight loops that convert open-source NATS usage and other market signals into high-quality pipeline at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Signal-based prospecting – Monitor NATS Slack, Reo.Dev, GitHub, LinkedIn, and intent platforms to surface high-value accounts and trigger automated plays (that you’ll build in collaboration with marketing and sales)
- Lead scoring & routing – Design data-driven approaches that enrich and prioritize leads across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Personalize programs – Build workflows that tailor content, sequences, and follow-ups from first touch through post-demo nurture
- Establish feedback loops – Ensure outbound prospecting continuously improves targeting, messaging and product positioning
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years in Growth, GTM Engineering, Outbound Prospecting, or similar at a B2B SaaS company, including startup experience
- Experience with account-driven GTM (mapping the TAM, segmenting and prioritizing accounts, awareness of different personas etc.)
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CommonRoom, Reo.Dev, or equivalents
- Proficiency with SQL and experience stitching data together across marketing automation, product analytics, and enrichment tools
Nice to have
- Experience converting open-source users to paying customers
- Background marketing highly technical or developer-focused products
- Builder mindset—you iterate on proof-of-concepts before you document and think API-first
- Prior success on fully remote, distributed teams

Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000, plus equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
