Marketing Operations Manager
At Synadia—the company behind NATS.io—we enable global enterprises and innovative startups to seamlessly connect all their applications and data, no matter where they live or how they’re deployed. Today, end users everywhere expect lower latency and faster access to digital services; with NATS under the hood, distributed applications can finally deliver.
About the Role
We’re building GTM for 2025, not 2015. Rather than copy-pasting yesterday’s playbooks, we want teammates who know the fundamentals and can apply them to new challenges and tools.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who can add leverage to our growth engine. Your work will help optimize and scale every marketing program we run.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web) and own the related analytics
- Serve as program manager for key marketing initiatives—planning and executing virtual and in-person events, managing vendors, and coordinating with sales, product, and engineering
- Maintain clean, accurate, actionable data in our CRM and marketing tooling, via automated workflows
- Collaborate with other marketers to develop workflows that level-up our output across content, product, and digital marketing
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing, including 1+ year at a startup (Series B or earlier)
- Proven track record in marketing operations, analytics, or demand generation—and genuine curiosity about marketing as a whole
- Excellent project-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or other automation/BI tools
- Event-logistics chops (webinars, field events, or similar)
- Clear, proactive communicator who’s at home in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
- Background marketing highly technical or developer-focused products
- Familiarity with low-code automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, etc.) and AI-driven workflows
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)
- Prior success on fully remote, distributed teams
Location
Remote – USA
Diversity and inclusion
Synadia is an equal opportunity employer. Our continuing policy is to recruit and employ the best-qualified individuals without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or any other protected characteristic.
Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000, plus equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Why Synadia
- A high-growth startup environment where your impact is visible and your voice matters.
- A fully-remote role with location flexibility.
