Building multi-agent AI systems is messy. Discovery, routing, and cross-device messaging all work differently in every runtime, and nothing talks to anything. What if your AI agents registered on a shared fabric and just found each other?
That’s what the Synadia Agents project does. In this first episode we walk through three NATS channel plugins — Claude Code (an MCP server), Hermes (a persistent gateway), and Pi (a TypeScript harness extension) — and watch all three discover and message each other over NGS in real time.
Next up in the series: a look under the hood at the agent SDK, client SDK, and wire protocol that make it all work.
